Personal Movement Trainer Jenn

At almost 44 years old I am continuing to learn and grow everyday in my knowledge and understanding of functional movements in the body.  This is my 16th year of focusing on the body and how to create the mind connection to the bodies movement.

I want to see you loose extra pounds and create sleek and sexy muscles, but I also want to show you the emotional benefit of fitness therapy.

I will help you prefect your form in private and small group trainings, allowing practice to make progress.  My goal is to teach you how to make your workout functional and FUN!

I recommend 4-8 training sessions to help you get the most out of the classes you will take with me!
